Montessori House Brussels is an independent international school that opened its doors in 2006 and is the first bilingual (English and French) Montessori school in the Brussels area. The school is located in the heart of the city, just off Square Montgomery on 195, Avenue de Tervuren, close to the European Union Institutions. It is housed in a beautiful 19th century townhouse with a charming garden and playground.

Montessori House Brussels follows a modern Montessori programme where children are challenged to develop their full potential. In addition to the academic curricular activities, the school offers music, physical education, poetry, arts and crafts and performing arts as part of the weekly programme (including swimming for children from 4 years onwards). The children perform concerts and plays for parents twice a year and furthermore the school organises field trips each term to museums and local events.

The school has two classes for children between 2 ½  to 6 years.

Children between 2 ½ to 4 years enrol in one of the following three programmes.

Nursery 1 from 2 ½ to 3 years 5 mornings (half day)
Nursery 2 from 3 to 3 ½ years 5 mornings and 2 afternoons
Nursery 3 from 3½ to 4 years 5 mornings and 4 afternoons (full programme)
